We want you to love your De Janan fragrance. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:
Returns
Unused and unopened items can be returned in their original packaging within 5 days of delivery. However, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, it must be unused and in its original condition. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch
We process all orders within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package in real-time.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
Standard shipping is completely free and takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to arrive after dispatch. For those who prefer a faster option, we offer express shipping, which delivers within 1 to 3 business days for an additional charge. In select metro areas, same-day or next-day delivery may be available, depending on location and availability.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, we will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you have any concerns, our customer support team is always available to assist you. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
